What is Kangen Ukon® and how does it differ from ordinary turmeric?
Kangen Ukon® is made from wild turmeric grown on Enagic's farms in Yanbaru, Okinawa — without pesticides or chemicals. Unlike standard curcumin capsules, it is cleansed with Strong Kangen Water® and sealed in a softgel with plant oils to maximise bioavailability. It is the world's first supplement combining curcumin with Kangen Water® and pure essential oils.
How many capsules per day and when is the best time to take them?
3 capsules per day, ideally with a meal. Curcumin is fat-soluble — the oils in the capsule significantly improve absorption. Each pack of 100 capsules lasts over a month at the recommended dose.
Can Kangen Ukon® be combined with other supplements or medications?
Kangen Ukon® is a general-use dietary supplement. If you are taking anticoagulants, liver medications or any prescription drugs, consult your doctor before adding it to your routine. Curcumin may enhance the effect of certain blood-thinning medications.

Kangen Ukon® Sigma contains: turmeric, olive oil, processed starch, carrageenan, glycerin, perilla oil, flaxseed oil, evening primrose oil, rice oil extract, fatty acid glycerol ester, beeswax and vitamins. No animal gelatine. Always check the current label if you have food allergies.
